So, I said to myself..when I get 3000 pageviews, I'll host my first contest! So here it is. The theme is.. -ISATION. As in, animalisation/humanisation. I thought it would be a cool idea Now, here's hoping someone will enter..

What you have to do;
1. Pick an original animal character and transform it into a human, trying to reflect its personality/old design/accessories etc. through the new design. Draw your design and post.
2. Pick an original human character and change it into an animal, trying to reflect its personality/old design/accessories etc. through the new design. Draw your design and post.


Rules;
• The character can be yours or a friends. Please make sure that you credit any original character that isn’t yours.
• If you would like to make an exception and use a character from a movie/book/anime etcetera, please let one of the judges know and we can see if its possible. You are quite welcome to do this as long as you tell us what character you are planning to use. If you pick a character that isn’t from a fandom one of us knows of, we can't judge it effectively. That’s the only reason this is less easy than picking an original character.
• Can be any medium.
• Doesn’t need to be colour…but colour pieces would be nice. 
• Nothing overly confronting - PG rated max. Blood is fine.
• Must have a link to the original deviation of that character (for credit reasons. If you’re using a commercial character there is no need to do this )
• No literature is permitted. (ahh I've always wanted to say "permitted"; in an official sounding way! My dream has come true!)


Judged on;

• How well the design matches with the characters original history/personality /design etc.
• Detail and creative ideas
• Effort put in to the artwork


Judges;

I wish there could be some more judges but i stuck with real-life people and more would be pretty unnecessary...four is more than enough


Deadline;
There is no deadline, until some contestants enter.


Prizes;
First Place: Two colour pictures and a feature in my journal for 2 months.
Second Place: Two pictures – one colour and one black pen or greylead pencil – and a feature in my journal for one month

I'm not very good at choosing prizes. any suggestions would be nice. A third prize will be put up if more people enter.
